Booking Policy

A credit card is required to book your treatment at Face Love and may be charged in case of a late cancellation or no show.

Cancellation Policy

Please reschedule/cancel at least 48 hours before the beginning of your appointment or a cancellation fee of 50% of scheduled services will be charged to the card on file. No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled services. Rescheduling/cancelling can be done through the booking link or by contacting Anny directly through Instagram or text.

Time/Late Policy

Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you are early, please wait in your car until your appointment time, if feasible. If you are late, the time will be taken away from your treatment. If you are 15 minutes or more late, you will be rescheduled and charged a fee of 50% of your scheduled services.

Sick Policy

Please do not come in for your treatment if you are sick. Reach out to Anny ASAP to reschedule. The rescheduling fee will be waived as long as the appointment is rescheduled when it is cancelled. Limit of 2 sick reschedules per client. After 2, 50% of scheduled services will be charged to the card on file.

Loyalty Program Policy

For every $50 you spend at Face Love, you will receive a heart stamp on your loyalty card. For every 10 hearts, you will receive a free add-on OR $25 off your next purchase. Purchases include treatments and products. Gift card purchases not included in loyalty program.
